By purchasing a ticket and attending the Master of Persuasion event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Programme Participation

Participation in this programme is voluntary, and the results you experience are based upon your level of participation and application of the principles taught.

a. I agree that I take personal responsibility to attend and participate in the Programs and assignments. My success in a Program is based upon my personal actions and the level of commitment I apply. I am responsible to identify appropriate goals and to complete the action steps I set.

b. My emotions may surface at any point. I am responsible for how much I share and express in the Programs. I acknowledge that I take responsibility for my feelings and will respectfully participate in the Programs to learn and gain new insight.

c. There are no refunds, in any form, for the Programs. I may choose to cease participation at any time—knowing that the Program costs will not be refunded. (See Section 4 for the Satisfaction Guarantee, which is the sole exception to this policy.)

Terms of Participation

1. Agreement

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between Feel Well, Live Well, LLC (“Feel Well, Live Well”) and myself, the purchaser or participant (“I”, “Me”, or “My”) (collectively the “Parties”) as part of My purchase of CDs, books, audio programs, coaching services, merchandise, or products (the “Products”) or My purchase of or in consideration for Feel Well, Live Well permitting Me to observe, work for, volunteer in, or participate in any way in any course, event, service, or program (the “Programs”), either singular or multiple, (collectively the “Feel Well, Live Well Offerings”). I expressly acknowledge that I have read and understand this Agreement in its entirety, and I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any modifications to this Agreement or additional policies incorporated by reference, Feel Well, Live Well may make by notifying Me or by posting a new Agreement online at www.feelwelllivewell.com. If at any time I disagree with this Agreement, or any part of it, My sole remedy is to cease access to all Feel Well, Live Well Offerings. Please note, however, that any transaction or participation which occurred prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Agreement. In the event I transfer My ownership of any Feel Well, Live Well Offerings, I shall ensure that any purchasers or assignees are bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Fitness

I agree that I am of sound mind and not currently under any psychiatric care, under which I have been advised against participating in a Program of this kind. I also agree that I am not taking over-the-counter medication or substances that alter mental capacity. If I am using a prescribed anti-depressant or prescribed stimulant, I agree that I am participating in the Programs under My own free will. I further agree not to discontinue care or prescribed medications until approved by My health care provider. I understand that I may participate in the consumption of complimentary meals (if/when applicable) provided for Me by Feel Well, Live Well and take full responsibility for any and all allergies/allergic reactions that I may have. I agree to inform the Feel Well, Live Well team of any and all allergies that I have and hold Feel Well, Live Well and its team harmless of any reactions that may occur.

3. Photo and Testimonial Release

I grant to Feel Well, Live Well and its authorized representatives permission to record My participation and any testimonials I may provide, including written, verbal, audio, or video, using recording devices of any kind including photography, video, and/or audiovisual technology; and consent to my voice, name, and/or likeness being used, for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.

4. Assumption of Risk, Release and Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity

a. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge and agree (1) that I understand the nature of the Programs; (2) that I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate therein; (3) that there are certain inherent risks and dangers, both known and unknown, associated with participation in the Programs including, but not limited to, permanent disability or death, social and economic losses, costs, damages, exposure to COVID-19, and other risks not readily foreseeable at this time (collectively, the “Risks”); (4) these Risks may be caused by My own actions or inaction, the actions or inaction of others participating in the Programs, the conditions in which the Programs take place, or the ordinary negligence of the “Releasees” named below; and (5) I knowingly and voluntarily fully accept and assume all such Risks and all responsibility for each of these Risks that could arise out of, occur during, or I incur as a result of My participation in the Programs.

b. Release and Waiver: I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, Feel Well, Live Well, or any subdivision thereof, its related parties, affiliates, officers, directors, owners, employees, representatives, agents, licensors, attorneys, heirs, successors, and assignees (collectively, the “Releasees”), from and for any liability for any personal injury, accident, illness, permanent disability or death, and/or property loss, caused in whole or in part by Releasees ordinary negligence, or arising from, or in any way related to, My participation in the Programs.

c. Indemnification and Hold Harmless: I also hereby agree to INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD the Releasees HARMLESS from any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees, arising from, or in any way related to, My participation in the Programs.

d. Severability: I expressly agree that I have read and fully understand the entire foregoing assumption of risk, release and waiver of liability, and indemnity agreement in which I have given up substantial rights by signing, and intend My signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the fullest extent allowed by law with the assumption of risk, release and waiver of liability, and indemnity agreement to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law, and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
